Work Shower - 01/28/09

The ladies at the office threw me a GREAT baby shower fully equipped with fantastic food, cake, games and LOTS of baby necessities.

Week 33

Is it really possible for my belly to stretch any more? 7 more weeks of swollen ankles and sausage fingers woo hoo!

Wii Un-Fit

Grandpa Lannon got us a Wii Fit for x-mas so we decided to break it in. If you're not familiar with it...the Wii fit is a balance board game controller that you stand on to play games and do fitness activities (yoga, kickboxing, hoola hooping, snowboarding, etc, etc). It also functions as a weight management trainer - so you have to initially 'weigh in' and calculate your BMI. Since they don't have a setting for pregnant mommies I was determined by the Wii to be overweight and VERY close to being obese! haha. I have a feeling that the Wii is going to reprimand me for gaining weight in the next 8 weeks.

Ryan's mom brought over his baby collection this weekend - booties, books, pics, and stuffed animals. Our jaws dropped when we saw Ryan's brown dog...I had the same one as a baby - but in yellow. We were meant to be (but we already knew that!).

Week 26

Its beginning to look a lot like xmas! Due to lack of space with all the wedding and baby stuff Ryan and I decided on a small xmas tree this year - so much easier to decorate!! Its a living tree so lets see if we can keep it alive long enough for next year.

I'm starting to feel as large as some of the animals we saw at the zoo last weekend! haha. But I'm loving every minute of it - I just laugh at how difficult it is becoming to do simple things like getting up off of the couch.
